So what's your favourite TV advert of all time?

For me it's a close thing between the Cadbury's Smash one with the Martians, or the Metz advert with the Judderman.

Two bits of nostalgia for you.

Scroll down for the Smash advert

If anyone comes across the original Cadbury's Smash one complete with the martians, then love to share it.

Found the Original Cadbury's Smash Ad. on another link.

Absolutely priceless. Voted ad of the year in 1976.

This is the one, complete with the Martians too.

that one on the telly at the moment for a new mazda car is funny, its got a dog sniffing round the car then has a pee up the wheel and the car sprays it back with its headlamp washer

The Cockburns Port one, where the Titanic has sunk and a lifeboat is seen bobbing on the near horizon. A frightfully snobby female voice is heard saying "Did anyone bring the petits fors?"
Whenever we find ourselves in a disaster situation, one of us always says that.

I'd have to say for a current advert the Orange ones are pretty funny.

Overdone it with the two bottles of sherry was a good one.

Yes, Matt, that Mazda one is brilliant.

The look on the dogs face when the Mazda 'pees' on him is brilliant.

Liked the one with Peter Kay on high diving board,"TOP BOMBING".

Think it was for John Smiths (beer)?

I can't remember the name of the store (Currys, Comet??), where the cute kid's shopping with his dad and wants to buy something for 50p. They're loading a dishwasher into the car and he sees his mate, puts his thumb up and says "50p!".

Bad marketing 'cos I can't remember the name of the store, but I like it.
