I was/am very sorry; he was one of the expert members who replied to my first posts and was helpful, informative, very knowledgeable and not in any way condescending to a new person!
Me too Ellie,

I first came across Dave over at Kitz and always exchanged pleasant banter with him.

Default CCleaner

CCleaner is good as it runs quite fast but I have noticed sometimes after I have used it to remove my history etc, my history is still there.

Hitman helped me to get rid of police ransomware virus when safe mode and command prompt did not work. It was actually HitmanPro.Kickstart installed on a bootable flash drive.

There are a lot of sites that recommend this software, I found instructions on this site: http://privacy-pc.com/how-to/police-...d-removal.html

I have Norton but it missed police virus. Now I am not sure if I should pay them next year.
