Do you mean www.snipca.com/x2876 when you say snipca/2876
If so, I've just checked that link and it seems to be working. If you're still having problems it points to
http://oca.microsoft.com/en/windiag.asp
so you've got the direct link as well.
Kind regards
Tim

Default Snipca/x3239

I am trying today and cannot get to the article. I do know which is the address bar and I think am typing it accurately. The PC just "thinks" for perhaps 30 secs then goes back to my Home Page.

I have tried other Snipca links with the same result.

I am using:

http://www.snipca.com/x3239

I have tried upper and lower case "x"

I also leave out the http:// but the PC puts it back in.
