Default ibupdaterservice and ibupdaterservice

Hello have had a pop up to run ibupdaterservice.exe and found some
info ibsvc.exe.

Is this some sort of bug/trojan or is it something windows vista needs?

Have found the ibsvc.exe on the programdata folder should it be removed?
