Default AVG tuneup

I recently uninstalled the above program but it has left an item in my program data file which I cannot get rid of, the item is called TTUSvc.tt

Would anyone be able to suggest how to remove this item?

Many thanks

Well, it wasn't help then really, was it?

You've probably seen this:

Hope an expert will show up soon with a bright idea!

Boot to safe mode and see if it will delete.

Hi,

The unlocker program did not appear to work.

Thanks for the help.
Right click on the file. Click on Unlocker. In the action required dropdown menu choose delete and OK. You may get a message that the file will be deleted on the next boot. Ok and reboot.

waddler8, thanks for the reply, could not delete in safe mode, said it required administators permission, I am the administator.

calimanco, It appears that Unlocker does not work on 64bit windows. Tried Lockhunter but this would not delete the file.

Thanks to both of you.

The original file may be hidden. Show hidden files and folders in folder options and search for the file. You may have to change the permissions of the file to "all users of this computer" before deleting.

Unlocker does work on 64 bit systems - you just need the 64 bit version!
