Angry background container .dll

Hi I wonder if anyone can help me, I have got the error message c:\users\George\appdata\local\conduit\background container.dll specified module could not be found. I have scanned with Malwarebytes but no success also I have tried system restore but that failed as well, also Spybot search and destroy. Do I need to do a complete reinstall or can anyone give me some answers please.

Run AdwCleaner.

Conduit make toolbars. It's probable that something relating to a toolbar is causing that error message, it's calling the .dll but it isn't there no more.
