Default No MSN Connection

I can't connect to MSN network connection because the icon is grayed out,saying 'MSN unavailable-device missing, Firewalled 4255555555'. Has anyone any knowledge of this please? Regards, Geoff.

I can not get connected to the msn and all I get evertime that I do no connetion comes up and that the divice is missing and not alot of people know wat that means and if ya call msn they can not give ya any answearsI have done the email thing that they tell ya that you have to do but that did not work plz help me figure that is out.
